Return Policy
Brand Worlds™ Studio provides strategic, creative, and systems-based professional services tailored to each client’s specific needs. Because our work is custom, iterative, and often involves advance planning and resource allocation, our approach to returns and refunds differs from that of physical or standardized digital products.
This policy applies to active projects and services rendered. Advance payments and project credits are addressed separately under the Advance Payments & Project Credit section of our Terms & Conditions.
Services & Deliverables
Once a project has begun, fees associated with completed work, strategic services, and delivered materials are generally non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Strategy and advisory engagements
Brand systems and identity development
Creative and design deliverables
Marketing, systems, or operational implementation
Our work is developed collaboratively and progressively, and value is created throughout the engagement as work is planned, produced, and refined.
Cancellations
If a project is terminated prior to completion, we will review the circumstances thoughtfully and in good faith.
Any potential refund is assessed at our discretion, taking into account factors such as:
The scope and stage of work completed
Time, research, and resources allocated
Costs incurred on behalf of the client
Our goal in these situations is to arrive at an outcome that is fair and reflective of the work undertaken to date.
Advance Payments & Project Credit
Clients may choose to make advance payments toward future services. These payments are recorded as project credits and may be applied to upcoming work with Brand Worlds™ Studio.
Once credited, advance payments are non-refundable and are not exchangeable for cash. Project credits are intended to support forward planning and future collaboration and do not, on their own, constitute a project booking or guarantee availability unless scope and timing are confirmed in writing.
Project credits must be applied within six (6) months of the payment date. Any unused credits will expire automatically after this period.
Advance payments are intended for professional services provided to businesses.
Third-Party Costs
Any expenses incurred on behalf of the client — including software licenses, tools, advertising spend, production, or third-party services — are non-refundable.
Revisions & Scope
Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the agreed project scope. Requests that extend beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees or a revised agreement.

Governing Law
This Return Policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
