Which Shopify exports do I need?
Opens Shopify admin in a new tab. Sign in and choose your store if prompted. This tool does not connect to your account.
Use Total sales by product variant, with Net sales, Net quantity (or Net items sold), and a unique Product variant ID or Product variant SKU. Export the full report for one currency and a completed period.
Optional: export Inventory with All states. Include the same variant ID or SKU, Available and, where present, On hand, Committed, Unavailable, Incoming and Location. Keep each variant/location row once. In Inventory, select Export → All locations → All states → All variants → CSV.
Product and variant titles are labels, never matching keys. Option name/value columns support size and colour checks. A CSV of orders, customers or daily totals is not suitable.
